Activia smoothie

I thought i'd start sharing some good smoothies that i've done. Not all of my 'experiments' succeed, but at least half of them are drinkable and just a bit less of them are really good :D 
So there's another one that ended up being really good. Unlike my previous attempt ''Galaxy'', which was more sour and intense, this one's more lighter. Activia yoghurts are by far my favorite ones. They are small, which is perfect for me, and ofcourse they taste heavenly. So with this smoothie i focused on the yoghurt, trying to keep other ingredients light as well.

Ingredients:

  • 1 freshly pressed orange
  • 2 scoops of banana (frozen)
  • 1 scoop of mango (frozen)
  • 1 scoop of canned pineapple (in its own juice)
  • 1 teaspoon of blackberry/blueberry puree (frozen)
  • 1 cup of Activia (blueberry flavored)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (berry flavored)





Mõtsin, et hakkaks teiega jagama oma smuutikatsetusi, mis on hästi välja kukkunud. Jah, mitte alati need 'eksperimendid' õnnestuvad. Kuid vähemalt pooled on joodavad ja ainult natuke vähem on väga-väga head :D
Siin siis järgmine mis õnnestus ilusti. Erinevalt eelnevast katsetuses ''Galaxy'', mis oli rohkem hapukas ja intensiivsem, ''Activia'' on vähe mahedam. Activia jogurtid on üldse minu vaieldamatud lemmikud omade seas. Need on head väikesed ja maitsevad taevalikult hästi. Seega otsustasin rõhku panna just mustika jogurtile, hoides ülejäänud koostisosad kerged.

Koostisosad:


  • 1 värskelt pressitud apelsin
  • 2 spl külmutatud banaani
  • 1 spl külmutatud mangot
  • 1 spl konserveeritud ananasse (omas mahlas)
  • 1 tl põldmarja/mustika püreed (külmutatud)
  • 1 topsik Activia jogurtit (mustika maitselist)
  • 1 kulp proteiinipulbrit (marjamaitselist)
